Stelios is a Partner and Co-founder at AuditLead.

He is a fellow member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC); and has a Bachelor of Public and Business Administration at the University of Cyprus.

Stelios brings to AuditLead more than 19 years of experience in providing professional services, having 11 years with a Big 4 firm.

Stelios extensive experience includes the audit, audit-related, tax and advisory services in local and international clients in various industries including companies engaged in pharmaceutical, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications and tourism industry, investment and property holding both at the single entity and group levels. Skilled in resolving client concerns with empathy and professionalism, Stelios is focused on delivering high-quality solutions and personalized attention to clients building trust and rapport.

Costas extensive experience includes the audit, audit-related, tax and advisory services in various industries including construction, real estate, retail, manufacturing, professional services and hospitality and tourism. With a strong passion for helping businesses succeed Costas has dedicated his career to providing high-quality solutions to clients of all sizes.

Michalis is a Manager at AuditLead.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Michalis has more than 7 years of experience in audit, tax and consulting services. He specializes in industries such as pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and telecommunications.

Moreover, Michalis’ attention to detail with a deep understanding of industry standards, ensuring that each audit not only meets regulatory requirements but also provides valuable recommendations for improvement to clients. He strives to build strong relationships with clients, fostering an environment of trust and transparency in every engagement.

Sofoulis is a Manager at AuditLead.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance with concentration in Finance. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

With more than 6 years of experience in audit, tax and consultancy and exposure to industries such as construction, retail, manufacturing, shipping and professional services, currently manages a wide range portfolio of local and international clients.
